The Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (RMEO), Mr. John Ruzcel Sampiano, presents the annual report of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program in the DSWD Field Office XI to the key leaders and technical officers of the 4Ps Onse.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office XI, through its Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, conducted the 2023 Operations Strategic Planning dubbed as “JumpSTART: Strategic TArgeting through Results-based Thinking” last January 26 – 27, 2023, held at the Grand Menseng Hotel, Davao City. It was participated by the Regional Program Management Office Technical officers, Provincial Links, Social Welfare Officers III, Provincial Operations Office (POO) Technical Officers/Focal Persons, and City and Municipal Team Leaders.

Division Chief Margie G. Cabido of the Pantawid Pamilya Division, DSWD Field Office XI, discusses the thrusts and priorities of the program as a guide to the entire strategic operations planning for the year 2023 of the 4Ps Onse.

As the key leaders and officers got together, they discussed the results that transpired during the Year End Program Implementation Review for 2022. Upon the said discussion, the team defined and tackled the thrust and direction of the program for the year 2023. They also have developed a strategic plan that would enable the achievement of the program goals and outcomes.

4Ps Onse attendees find their clusters to discuss strategic operation plans for the given Key Results Area and other necessary items during the said operations planning.

Moreover, the workforce also discussed the different Key Result Areas (KRAs) to monitor, identified issues, gaps and challenges, priority activities, success indicators or the key performance indicators, persons involved, tasks or roles in accomplishing targets, resources, and the timeline.

The Beneficiary Data Management officer presents the targeted data for the MCCT-IP Set 12M Integration per province to the attendees.

The 4Ps Onse deemed the strategic operations planning viable as it will systematically determine strategies, directions, and setting decisions to pursue expected deliverables on meeting the cascaded thrusts and priorities of the program by the 4Ps NPMO.

4Ps Onse jumps start the FY 2023 strategizing plans addressing the gaps, issues and challenges of the program based on the assessment from the Program Implementation Review (PIR).

Furthermore, the said gathering also connected everyone in the loop as the group provided accountability and commitment to the expected deliverable of each staff for the year.

The activity jumped to start the 4Ps Onse on its way to fulfilling the program goals and realizing the program’s full potential in serving its beneficiaries. ####
