ORGANIC ALL. Some 68.5 kilos of red tilapia are harvested during the 1^st Harvest Festival of Tapia Organic Farmers’ Association in Tapia, Montevista. The recipient-farmers are DSWD beneficiaries and typhoon survivors who recently graduated from Organic Agriculture Production and Farm Tourism National Certificate II. The farmers also yielded five heads of organic swine weighing 362 kilos. Next harvest is scheduled in December. DSWD
