The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XI recently conducted an orientation program for its newly appointed and promoted personnel to help them adjust to their new roles and responsibilities.

The sessions covered important topics such as the code of conduct for government employees, employee benefits, and the agency’s mission to serve and protect vulnerable sectors. The activity follows Administrative Order No. 015, Series of 2023, which institutionalizes DSWD’s New Employee Onboarding Program.

Participants also took part in interactive workshops and discussions aimed at promoting teamwork, continuous learning, and public service excellence.
