Operations Planning is crucial in developing and executing a comprehensive program strategy, allowing for efficient and effective management of resources and activities. The purpose of the activity is to systematically assess the current program landscape through evaluation and consultation among program implementers.

The highlight of the discussions included the presentation of the Action Plan on the Results of the 2024 Program Implementation Review (PIR) Workshop and the FY 2025 Key Program Priorities/Indicators, which was presented by Ms. Margie Cabido-Sobretodo, Division Chief of 4Ps Region XI.

The event culminated with Pagtaya: Forging of Commitment, a significant moment where the Pantawid workforce reaffirmed their dedication to upholding the 2025 priorities and indicators. This collective commitment is expected to reinforce the program’s mission of reducing poverty and empowering Filipino families through effective social protection mechanisms.

Through this preparation and planning, the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program remains steadfast in its mission to enhance service delivery, optimize program implementation, and achieve its goal of uplifting the lives of disadvantaged families in the Davao Region.
