The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XI through the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) signs Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with First Consolidated Bank (FCB) Davao Branch on May 9, 2025, at FCB Davao City.

The partnership aims to ensure transparency, efficiency, and accountability in managing the financial transactions of Sustainable Livelihood Program Associations (SLPAs) through joint monitoring, regular consultations, and prompt response to irregularities.

Through the MOA, DSWD Field Office XI commits to providing funding, program orientation, eligibility assessment, and technical assistance to qualified beneficiaries under the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP).

Present during the signing were DSWD XI OIC Regional Director Merlinda A. Paragamac, RSW, MSDA; Assistant Regional Director for Operations; Sheryl Jane Tan, Partnership Office; Rosa Ana C. Gado, City Cluster Coordinator; Rosamar L. Provido, Project Development Officer II; along with FCB representatives Pedro R. Belano Jr., Assistant Vice President – Mindanao; Marlyn P. Saquin, Davao Branch Manager; and Fe L. Flores, Tagum Branch Manager.
