The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XI recently held a special capacity-building activity to some Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) staff last April 11-13, 2022 at Acacia Hotel, Davao City. Said training aims to equip field workers who are expected to facilitate the special household assessment among Modified Conditional Cash Transfer-Indigenous People (MCCT-IP) beneficiaries in the region.

Technical officers from both the 4Ps Division and Listahanan, through the leadership of Ms. Margie Cabido and Ms. Kareen Maris Mangubat respectively, discussed the guidelines and implementation process provided by the Central Office.

Also present during the training were the 4Ps Provincial Links designated as coordinators of the different provinces for the said assessment.

Aside from the discussion on the standard process, the resource persons likewise shared techniques in the conduct of the actual survey using the Household Assessment Form (HAF), presented the systems to be used, as well as the deployment plan, target, and timeline.

This activity is part of the initial steps of the program in ensuring strict compliance to Republic Act No. 11310 or the 4Ps Act which states that all beneficiaries must have undergone household assessment by Listahanan.
