37 residents of the Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth (RRCY) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) graduate from Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II through the Sustainable Livelihood Program. The 35-day skills training was conducted by Endonela Institute of Technology Foundation, Inc.  100% of the graduates passed the National Certificate (NC) II Assessment by TESDA. (DSWD)
