Pantawid Pamilya municipal and city links acquire resource mobilization skills and practical techniques during the recent four-day Skills Enhancement Training on Resource Mobilization at Secdea Beach Resort. Included in the discussions were Principles of Resource Mobilization, Planning for Resource Mobilization, Communicating with Partners and Stewardship of Resources, and Proposal Writing.
