HEALTH STATION.  A Kalahi-CIDSS health station opens in Barangay Talisay, San Isidro, Davao Oriental. For the construction, DSWD granted Php 752,987.00 while the municipality provided a local cash counterpart of Php 91, 775.00.  The inauguration was led by Municipal Health Officer Edgardo B.
