PARENT SESSION. Parents of day care children attending a Parent Effectiveness Session (PES) in Purok 15 Poblacion Day Care Center in Nabunturan, discuss promoting children’s rights. PES is a component of the DSWD Supplementary Feeding Program which is undertaken nationwide to address the increasing prevalence of under- and over-nutrition among Filipino children.
