“The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) reminds everyone to be cautious and vigilant,” said Priscilla Razon, DSWD OIC Regional Director.

“DSWD selects the beneficiaries for its poverty reduction programs through the National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTSPR) where assessment of households in all cities and municipalities is conducted to identify who and where the poor are. The households will be enumerated and interviewed. DSWD will never ask money from these families nor assure them that they will be included in any DSWD programs,” RD Razon added.

For questions or complaints, you may visit the Pantawid Pamilya offices located in all cities and municipalities. You may also go directly to the City/Municipal Links assigned in your barangay. Further, you may text DSWD’s grievance hotline at 0918-912-2813. DSWD
