Forty partner-beneficiaries of the DSWD Field Office XI – Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) were recognized for their perseverance, commitment, and progress toward self-sufficiency during the Breakthrough Graduation and Exit Ceremony held on July 29, 2026, at the Barangay Lucod Gym, Baganga, Davao Oriental.
The activity celebrated the achievements of the graduating beneficiaries who successfully completed their journey under the program and demonstrated improved capacities to sustain positive changes within their families.

One of the recognized beneficiaries, Perla B. Espinosa of Barangay Kinablangan, expressed her gratitude for the assistance she received through the program, particularly in supporting her child’s education as a solo parent.
Espinosa shared.

Her experience reflects the impact of the program in helping families invest in their children’s education and improve their overall well-being through sustained compliance with health, education, and family development commitments.
Representatives from the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), Municipal Administrator’s Office, Mayorโs Office, and Barangay Local Government Unit of Lucod conveyed their support and recognition to the graduates, reaffirming their commitment to continue providing appropriate interventions and services as the families transition beyond the program.

The graduates were also formally endorsed to the Local Government Unit to ensure access to after-care services and other support mechanisms that will help them sustain their improved level of well-being.
The Breakthrough Graduation and Exit Ceremony served as a recognition of the determination and achievements of the graduating beneficiaries, while strengthening the partnership between the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the LGU of Baganga in empowering families toward resilience, self-reliance, and a better quality of life.
