Office of the Regional Director

Provides overall direction and supervision in the management of regional operations within its area of jurisdiction, advocates and addresses social welfare and development policies, issues and concerns, and promotes services and facilities for eventual replication, localization or devolution.

Operations and Programs Division

Performs community-based services such as protective services for children, youth, women, persons with disabilities, self-employment assistance; conduct family and country disaster preparedness and social welfare and development trainings and seminars, relief augmentation, rescue for children, youth, and women from abuse and exploitation, adoption, and clearances for minors traveling abroad.

Policy and Plans Division

Performs and monitors registration and licensing of non-government organizations; assessment of duty free entry of donated goods, accreditation and technical assistance for day care centers, day care workers, and marriage counselors; monitoring of of different sectoral plans and regional situationers; and provides technical assistance on early childhood care development.

General Administration and Support Services Division

In charge of the procurement of goods and services for the Field Office; property, supply, asset and record management; property and facility maintenance and the supervision of the operation of transportation, communication, utility, janitorial and security services; responsible for the preparation and implementation of an effective financial plan to support the Field Office’s programs/activities/projects and ensures the efficient and economical management of financial resources of the Field Office; in charge in the overall welfare and status of employees/personnel including job openings.
